Former India’s Test Captain, MS Dhoni stepped down as Captain as well as a Test player during the last Australian tour. And a few months ago he also stepped down as India’s T20I and ODI captain. Recently he played for Jharkhand team in the Vijay Hazare Trophy.
India’s former batsman Mohammad Kaif thinks that MS Dhoni still a good cricketer of Test cricket.
After retiring from Test in 2014, Dhoni changed his franchise in the Indian Premium League. India is not playing any limited-overs match until June. Now, Dhoni playing in Vijay Hazare Trophy. In the last match, Dhoni scored 129 runs in 107 balls.
The 36-years-old said, “He has natural abilities which you saw today. I believe he is still good enough for all formats of the game. He is still hitting the ball hard.”

“We would have bundled them for 120 if Dhoni was not there,” he added.
‘Difficult to find next Dhoni’
Mohammad Kaif said, “I have been watching Dhoni from his debut match and always felt you cannot become a ‘Dhoni’ just by practice.”
Before his retirement in Dec 2014, former Test Captain has played 90 Tests, scoring 4876 runs. In his 90 Test matches, he hit six centuries and 33 fifties.
