Bollywood star Aamir Khan Film Dangal has collected Rs 270.47 cr within these Christmas Eve in ten days. On Sunday 1 January 2017, the wrestling drama of starred Aamir Khan collected Rs 31.27 cr. The film has crossed collecting at the box office Rs 250 crore in two weeks.

The story of the film, father who wished to make wrestler champions to his daughter has touched the courage by the viewers after seeing the heroic tale on the screen. There are parts which make the film a cut above the rest. There are patriarchal outlook and prejudices surrounding women in a society which form the core of the story. The stars of the Dangal film include like Girish Kulkarni and Aparshakti Khurana. The film Dangal has shaken the film industry out of its post-demonetisation phase. The film Dangal starred Aamir Khan was released in around 4300 big screens in the domestic market and 1000 screens in the overseas market. The Dangal has got the extensive release like in Australia, Middle East, Uk, and America.
