In the Fourth ODI match of New Zealand Vs South Africa, New Zealand won that match by seven (7) wickets. That was the do or die match for blackcaps. Before the last match, South Africa already led the 5-match series by 2-1.
After winning the toss by South African captain AB de Villiers, South Africa only manage 279 runs with eight wickets of fall.
From the opposite site, opener MJ Guptill responded well and made his career best run of unbeaten 180 runs for 138 balls. And at the end of the match, New Zealand won the match by seven wickets.
Now, 5-match series is level by 2-2. So, the Last match will be the deciding one for both home and visitor team.

However, after his blasting ODI performance, Guptill unable to confirm his place in the Test squad.
On Thursday, Hesson told the reporter, “The Test team is performing pretty well at the moment.”

“Martin and I have talked about Test cricket a lot, and we certainly gave batting at the top of the order a decent crack. Certainly batting in the middle order is something we are keen to explore and he will do that first with Auckland,” he added.
That was a hearted thing for him. But the main reason is that the present New Zealand Test squad is very good without Martin Guptill.
“It’s something that Martin is keen to have a crack at and certainly something that we are keen for him to explore at first class level first,” Hesson told Radio of New Zealand.
“Hopefully get some success in that and then… there might be a (test) opportunity down the line.”
